1. Agreement

By using Askbrand you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Askbrand is

Askbrand lets you request advertising from a brand and see how many people have an active request. It is not an ad network, not a purchase of ads, and not a representation that the brand will reply or deliver ads through Askbrand.

A request is your permission that the brand may advertise to you through this service if we later offer delivery. It is not a contract with the brand.

3. Brand pages

Public brand pages may exist before the company claims them. Unclaimed pages are unofficial. Logos and names identify the brand; they do not mean the company operates or endorses the page.

A company representative may apply to claim a page. Askbrand may approve or reject applications. A claimed page means a verified representative may access an aggregate brand dashboard on Askbrand. Claim is not delivery, not a paid placement, and not a promise that the brand will advertise.

You must not impersonate a brand or imply official status without verification.

4. Accounts

You sign in with Clerk. Brand representatives use the same account type as other users. Claim adds verified ownership of a brand page; it is not a separate product signup.

You are responsible for the account. You must be able to form a contract (18+ where that is required).

5. Requests

You may request only with the checkbox and the current consent text. You may withdraw at any time. Withdrawal does not delete the brand page. The public count follows active requests only.

We may refuse, rate-limit, or remove requests that look like abuse, automation, or impersonation.

6. Brand claims and brand dashboard

To claim a page you must submit the claim form with accurate contact and proof details. We may ask for more information. Approval is discretionary.

Verified owners see aggregate stats only (for example active request counts). They do not receive requester identities. Delivery and campaign tools may appear as unavailable until we offer them under an updated version of these Terms.

7. No payments yet

This version does not sell placements, campaigns, or leads. If that changes, we will say so in the product and in an updated version of these Terms.

8. Your content

You do not post public titles or comments. We generate the public request wording. You grant us a licence to operate counts, brand pages, claim records, and share text as described.

9. Acceptable use

No scraping at scale, no creating fake demand, no using the service to spam a company, no attempting to extract requester identities, no false brand claims.

10. Intellectual property

The product, name Askbrand, and our materials are ours. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We do not promise uptime, that a brand will see or answer a request, that a claim will be approved, or that counts cannot contain errors we will then fix.

12. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect loss. Our total liability for a claim is limited to EUR 0 for this free version (or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, if payments exist later). This does not limit liability that Romanian law does not allow us to limit.

13. Termination

You may stop and delete your account. We may suspend the service, an account, or a brand claim. Withdrawn or deleted accounts are removed from live counts as implemented. We may revoke verified ownership for abuse or failed verification.

14. Changes

We post updates on this page with a new date. Continued use after a non-material update is acceptance. Material updates may require a new acknowledgement.

15. Law

Romanian law. Courts of Romania, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
